Postage, Shipping & Returns

  • All items are shipped from New South Wales, Australia. Once an order has been received, the item will be packed and delivered to the post office within 1-7 working days. It can take from 5 days up to 3 weeks for your delivery to arrive depending on your location. 

  • We treat each item with care. All digital prints are packed in a plastic sleeve inside a “Do not fold” heavy card envelope. Original prints are packed carefully depending upon their size.

  • All domestic and international orders will be delivered using Australia Post. A tracking number will be provided via email address you provided during the checkout process.

  • For all international orders, any customs fees, duties or country taxes is solely the responsibility of the customer. 

  • Things can go wrong during the delivery process and it is out of our control. If a delivery has gone missing, we will try to locate it and raise the issue with Australia Post. Please bear in mind that the process can take up to 60 days for a reimbursement from the Australia Post.

  • All sales are final. We do not refund for a change of mind. I want you to be 110% happy with your purchase. If your print arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible and email photos of the damage. I will try my best to replace it or fully refund you.
