Original Art & Digital Prints?

Original Art Prints is a term often used to mean hand-printed art that has been manually produced by the artist. These are signed by the artist and may be numbered as a limited edition, or an open edition (in which case there is no limit on how many are made). They are handmade rather than a copy of the work in another medium. My original art prints are printed in editions of typically no more than 25 and are printed on Fabriano cotton archival quality, acid free museum grade paper.

Digital Prints are a way of making copies of a single piece of original art (e.g. art prints, paintings, watercolours or drawings) available at an affordable price and in a choice of different sizes. They are very high quality reproductions of original pieces of artwork made using lightfast archival inks and fine art acid free paper. My Digital Prints come with a certificate of authenticity signed by me.

Artists Support Pledge - I participate in Artist Support Pledge What is it? It is a generous culture and dynamic economy in support of ALL artists and makers. How does it work? - Artists like me post pictures of their works on social media (FaceBook, Instagram etc.) for sale up to a certain value. Every time an artist makes £1,000 (or equivalent) in sales they commit 20% on purchasing the work of another artist using the hashtag #artistsupportpledge. There are no enforcements, it is a system based on trust where everyone, at every level can contribute in supporting artists and makers.
